Description

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure people processes are executed consistently.
  • Centralize HR functions previously handled across Finance and Operations.
  • Audit timesheets and maintain compliance tracking records.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
  • Prepare and manage disciplinary documentation, including notices to explain, hearings, and case files.
  • Support HR compliance activities and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Design and deliver training programs for Virtual Assistants.
  • Create training materials such as slide decks, guides, checklists, and SOPs.
  • Track training completion, attendance logs, and compliance reports.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to support department operations and process improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR, People Operations, or related role.
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, discipline, and offboarding.
  • Experience managing employee records and maintaining compliance documentation.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor law and HR compliance standards.
  • Experience handling disciplinary processes, including NTE drafting, hearings, and case documentation.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and professional discretion when handling employee information.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent processes accurately.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar.
  • Experience with ATS or CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working with productivity tracking tools such as Hubstaff or equivalent.
  • Ability to build and maintain trackers, logs, and databases with accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience designing or facilitating employee training programs, orientations, or onboarding processes.
  • Ability to create clear, structured, and engaging training materials.
  • Strong facilitation skills for group orientations and one-on-one coaching conversations.
  • Experience tracking training completion, attendance logs, and compliance reports.
  • Ability to adapt training content for different learning levels and role types.
