Description

  • Lead and support multiple software implementation projects of varying length and complexity.
  • Own project schedules, including weekly updates, status tracking, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
  • Document project artifacts and keep them organized and properly stored.
  • Identify, evaluate, and coordinate subject matter experts and vendors as needed.
  • Allocate and manage resources across projects to meet timelines and deliverables.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status and coordinate customer interactions, including meetings, email, and chat.
  • Consult with customers and internal teams on solution design, platform capabilities, and training.
  • Administer, configure, and test the platform based on customer requirements.
  • Track SME and vendor budgets throughout projects when applicable.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • 5+ years helping customers design and implement SaaS solutions.
  • Direct, heavy client-facing experience with multiple project stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and analytical with strong project management skills.
  • Highly tech-savvy and able to learn software quickly.
  • Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects with timely, quality, and efficient results.
  • Proficiency with G Suite, Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet.
  • CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.
