Description

  • Contribute to one or more projects or products and help drive positive outcomes.
  • Scope, estimate, design, and deliver medium-to-large features while reducing technical debt.
  • Collaborate with teammates, external teams, and client stakeholders to ensure quality is built into every stage of the SDLC.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and supporting documentation aligned to software specifications and user requirements.
  • Use bug-tracking tools to document, prioritize, and track defects and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices while tracking software quality metrics across the SDLC.
  • Automate testing processes to improve test coverage, speed, and accuracy in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Evaluate and recommend new QA tools, frameworks, and techniques to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure testing procedures meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, including audit documentation.
  • Perform performance and security testing according to best practices and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8+ years of development experience.
  • Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with at least two of the following: GoLang, Python, Angular or TypeScript, and Java.
  • Cloud experience, preferably AWS.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
  • Experience with fully automated CI/CD pipelines from commit through production deployment.
  • Strong relational database experience such as PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with HL7 FHIR standards, including resources, profiles, and implementation guides.
  • Experience building or integrating RESTful APIs aligned to FHIR specifications.
  • Familiarity with FHIR R4 and healthcare interoperability patterns.
  • Experience working with healthcare data formats such as QRDA, C-CDA, or claims data.
  • Understanding of digital quality measurement concepts, including eCQM and dQM.
  • Experience with Clinical Quality Language (CQL) or exposure to measure logic execution.
  • Experience working with FHIR servers such as HAPI FHIR or similar platforms.
  • Experience designing or consuming FHIR resources such as Measure, MeasureReport, Patient, Encounter, and Observation.
  • Understanding of data validation, data quality, and regulatory reporting constraints in healthcare systems.
  • AWS certifications preferred.
  • Experience with AWS ECS Fargate, AWS RDS, and AWS S3 preferred.
  • Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools preferred.
  • Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms preferred.
  • Experience working with large-scale healthcare reporting or analytics systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with CMS environments, data pipelines, or regulatory programs preferred.
  • US Citizenship or Green Card required; sponsorship is not offered.
  • US residency for at least the past 3 years.
  • Ability to meet Public Trust requirements, including successful completion of a U.S. government background investigation.
