Description

  • Run outbound cold-calling campaigns across 3-6 client projects simultaneously using a power dialer.
  • Handle live objections on calls and steer conversations toward booked appointments.
  • Track connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, and flag performance issues to the Account Strategist.
  • Own and respond to replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns within 4–8 working hours.
  • Nurture prospects through written follow-up, handle objections, and convert replies into confirmed meetings.
  • Schedule appointments and share meeting details with the team via Slack.
  • Monitor campaign metrics including connect rate, reply rate, and conversion rate across projects.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene in HubSpot and provide a weekly performance recap.
  • Share structured feedback with Research, Content, and Email Deliverability teams to improve lead quality and messaging.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience with a strong cold-calling background.
  • Confident, error-free written English for handling email and LinkedIn replies.
  • Fluent spoken English and comfort working across US and European time zones.
  • Strong understanding of outreach tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms.
  • Ability to support campaign setup, identify technical issues, and work with the right teams to resolve blockers.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace.
  • Self-starting attitude and ability to work independently without fixed hours.
