Description

  • Run outbound cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns on behalf of clients across multiple industries.
  • Manage outreach for 3–6 client projects simultaneously and support their sales pipelines through targeted prospecting.
  • Write personalized messages and adapt communication style to different audiences and markets.
  • Build relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up and objection handling.
  • Use automation and outreach tools to handle high-volume prospecting efficiently.
  • Track campaign results and contribute ideas to improve outreach performance.
  • Use HubSpot, Reply.io, Expandi, Nooks, and Calendly to stay organized across pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with U.S. and European clients to share insights and help shape campaign strategy.

Requirements

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound outreach, prospecting, or pipeline generation.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently and build lasting relationships.
  • Comfort switching approaches across different industries, clients, and markets.
  • Availability during U.S. business hours at least a few days per week, approximately 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST.
  • Proactive, reliable, and motivated to find smarter ways of working.
  • Willingness to keep learning and improving performance continuously.
