Description

  • Build a new business pipeline from scratch through outbound outreach, networking, social selling, and industry events.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through closing deals.
  • Qualify opportunities using a consultative sales approach focused on real business needs.
  • Proactively challenge clients and co-create solutions aligned with their goals.
  • Develop existing client relationships through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with the company’s ideal customer profile across SMBs in Western Europe and the US.
  • Run selective inbound qualification with a strong emphasis on new business generation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by framing how market shifts in AI, headless systems, and modern web development create risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Engineering on scoping, pricing, and proposals.
  • Work with Marketing to share client insights, refine the ideal customer profile, and influence content direction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling IT services, preferably for a software house, custom development firm, or digital agency.
  • Strong track record in outbound sales and new business acquisition.
  • Experience closing complex deals worth several hundred thousand PLN, ideally with 200k–2M+ PLN LTV.
  • Excellent English at C1+ level for direct work with clients from the UK, US, and Western Europe.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, including discovery and qualification using MEDDIC, Sandler, or similar frameworks.
  • Senior-level ability to run structured, value-driven online sales conversations.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear business value.
  • High ownership, self-drive, and accountability.
  • Challenger mindset with the ability to question assumptions and uncover opportunities.
  • Experience with UK, US, or Western European clients is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the modern web ecosystem, including headless CMS, e-commerce, and tools such as Next.js, Contentful, Shopify, or Sanity, is a plus.
  • Experience selling custom B2B services with longer sales cycles of 2 weeks to several months is a plus.
