Description

  • Own end-to-end customer implementations from pre-sale planning through go-live, stabilization, and transition to ongoing support.
  • Deliver virtual and on-site demos, clinical education, training, go-live support, and post-launch troubleshooting.
  • Develop implementation plans covering clinical workflows, staffing, routing, patient communications, and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate Customer Success, Clinical, Technical Services, Support, Product, and Sales resources to maintain implementation progress.
  • Track adoption metrics including utilization, ordering patterns, turnaround times, and workflow adherence; drive corrective actions when needed.
  • Redesign customer workflows and diagnose root causes of low adoption, including training, staffing, and process issues.
  • Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for sleep testing and home sleep apnea testing while ensuring regulatory alignment.
  • Build trusted relationships with frontline staff, clinicians, executives, and operational leaders throughout the customer journey.
  • Create reusable training materials, playbooks, templates, and best practices; mentor peers and newer specialists.
  • Provide structured product feedback, support go-to-market readiness, and identify adoption risks, churn signals, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Active RPSGT certification.
  • 8+ years of direct experience in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing.
  • Experience owning healthcare demos, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support.
  • Experience training both clinical and administrative audiences.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring peers and establishing best practices adopted beyond individual accounts.
  • Experience planning work across multiple quarters and stakeholder groups.
  • Willingness to travel nationally approximately 50–75%, including on-site go-live support.
  • US-based and anchored in the West territory.
  • Familiarity with CRM, enablement, project-tracking, and healthcare IT systems; EHR/EMR experience preferred.
  • Experience with regulated medical devices or Software as a Medical Device preferred.
  • Experience in an early- or growth-stage healthcare company and building playbooks or training curricula preferred.

Benefits

  • $135,000–$155,000 salary range, adjusted for experience, skills, and location.
  • Equity compensation.
