Description

  • Own end-to-end implementation execution, including kickoff, planning, milestones, risk management, go-live, stabilization, and transition to support.
  • Deliver demos, clinical education, training, on-site and virtual support, and post-launch troubleshooting.
  • Design implementation plans covering clinical workflows, staffing, routing, patient communications, and administrative processes.
  • Track adoption metrics such as utilization, ordering patterns, turnaround times, and workflow adherence; drive corrective action when needed.
  • Build trusted relationships with frontline staff, clinicians, executives, and operational leaders throughout the customer journey.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sleep testing and home sleep apnea testing workflows.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Clinical, Technical Services, Support, and Product teams.
  • Create reusable training materials, playbooks, templates, competency checklists, and implementation best practices.
  • Mentor peers and newer specialists while leading improvement initiatives and contributing to multi-quarter functional planning.
  • Provide Product with implementation feedback and ensure compliance with HIPAA, SaMD, medical device, quality, and privacy requirements.

Requirements

  • Active RPSGT certification.
  • 8+ years of experience in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing.
  • Experience leading healthcare demos, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support.
  • Experience training both clinical and administrative audiences.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching peers and establishing broadly adopted standards or best practices.
  • Experience planning work across multiple quarters and stakeholder groups.
  • Willingness to travel nationally approximately 50–75%, including on-site go-live support.
  • US-based and anchored in the East territory.
  • Familiarity with CRM, enablement, project tracking, and healthcare IT systems; EHR/EMR experience preferred.
  • Experience with regulated medical devices or SaMD preferred.
  • Experience in an early- or growth-stage healthcare company and building playbooks or curricula from the ground up preferred.

Benefits

  • $135,000–$155,000 base salary, adjusted for experience, skills, and location.
