Description

  • Shape product messaging and positioning for Bazaarvoice’s Ratings & Reviews solution.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for product releases, launches, and ongoing adoption.
  • Build compelling narratives that differentiate Bazaarvoice in the ratings and reviews market.
  • Drive competitive positioning and de-positioning using research-backed market insight.
  • Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions with market and go-to-market context.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Enablement to support confident selling and customer support.
  • Work with Brand, Content, Digital, Growth, and Field Marketing on demand generation and customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Gather market intelligence and voice-of-customer feedback and produce quarterly business reports.
  • Create sales and marketing collateral such as one-sheets, web copy, playbooks, and pitch decks.
  • Coordinate a global strategy that enables regional marketing teams to localize execution while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of product marketing or relevant experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in ecommerce, martech, or adtech.
  • Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy for software solutions and supporting successful product and feature launches.
  • Strong storytelling, messaging, and positioning skills with the ability to turn features into compelling stories.
  • Understanding of modern consumer behavior, especially in ecommerce.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and comfort making decisions in ambiguous environments.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Asana, Gemini, Confluence, JIRA, Crayon, and Pendo is desired.
  • Experience or understanding of Retail, Apparel & Fashion, Consumer Electronics, Health & Beauty, Food & Bev, or Home & Garden is desired.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence partners across Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Services, and Enablement.
  • Location preference for Austin or the New York area is noted in the posting.
