Description

  • Lead audience definition, value proposition, and positioning for priority products and features.
  • Own go-to-market strategy and launch plans for high-impact product bets.
  • Coordinate in-app moments and external channels to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Gather consumer and market insights to inform product decisions and marketing strategy.
  • Translate strategy into requirements, milestones, owners, and success metrics.
  • Run launch rituals such as kickoffs, status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives, and keep documentation current.
  • Partner with Product to sequence experiments and announcements and refine launch strategy using early signals.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Brand, Performance, Comms, Business Development, and Analytics.
  • Measure launch performance against adoption, conversion, and awareness goals and recommend post-launch iterations.
  • Build and maintain Product Marketing operating systems such as calendars, intake processes, templates, and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or equivalent go-to-market roles.
  • Experience owning positioning and launches end-to-end with demonstrable business impact.
  • Background in consumer tech, gaming, or subscription products.
  • Proven ability to build plans, timelines, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Ability to identify risks early and drive mitigation to protect delivery.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Data-informed mindset with comfort using experimentation and market/performance signals to refine strategy.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with Brand, marketing channels, Comms, and Product on integrated launches.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity while bringing structure and focus.
  • Preferred experience leading GTM for new products or categories and finding product-market fit in new segments or markets.
  • Preferred track record partnering on creator/community or strategic co-marketing programs.
  • Preferred experience coordinating multi-market launches and localization workflows.
  • Preferred familiarity with in-app product marketing surfaces and announcement systems.
  • Preferred background in a consumer subscription, gaming, or edtech company.

  • Base salary of $163,200 to $244,800 USD.
  • Base salary is supplemented by equity compensation.
