Description

  • Serve as the primary client contact for a portfolio of Basis clients.
  • Steward client relationships so business and media objectives remain central to the engagement.
  • Provide strategic leadership across large and multifaceted accounts.
  • Build client strategies with minimal guidance using deep channel expertise.
  • Oversee collaboration among internal stakeholders to develop and present strategic media plans.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction to support retention and account growth.
  • Oversee client campaigns and daily requests by identifying and recommending media solutions.
  • Contribute to pre-sale support and new business pitches with sales and media services teams.
  • Lead by example and support Basis values and culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, including site direct and programmatic, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in pharma marketing is required, including client leadership and media buying within the vertical.
  • Holistic understanding of the digital media landscape, including search, social, and programmatic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity and passion for advertising.
  • Strategic thinking and proactive client servicing skills.
  • Strong issue resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Pharma experience preferred.
  • Prior experience at a SaaS organization preferred.
  • Hands-on DSP buying experience preferred.
  • Experience working with a third-party ad server preferred.
  • Experience with digital reporting dashboards such as Datorama preferred.
  • Experience in search and social media preferred.
  • Basis Certified preferred.
