Description

  • Manage infrastructure access and permissions with careful attention to who can access servers and why.
  • Implement reliable cloud service operation concepts in AWS to support rapid business growth.
  • Maintain Unix/Linux servers through configuration, updates, and automation while understanding system-level behavior.
  • Respond to incidents by analyzing logs in Datadog and the ELK stack and performing root cause analysis.
  • Support development teams to keep systems running smoothly and continuously.
  • Work with infrastructure components across Linux, Nginx, PHP-FPM, AWS, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, stability, and security.
  • Contribute to long-term operational reliability rather than only performing short-term fixes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps or SysAdmin roles, including hands-on work with AWS.
  • Very good knowledge of cloud environments supported by practical experience in classic system administration.
  • Strong Linux skills and comfort working primarily in the terminal.
  • Experience maintaining physical servers or working in a data center is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze issues from multiple angles, including security, performance, and long-term impact.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness when handling privileged infrastructure access.
  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
  • AWS certifications are a plus.
  • Practical knowledge of Terraform is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Apache Kafka or Cloudflare is a plus.
  • Interest in developing toward agentic DevOps and process automation is a plus.
