Description

  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS, and Cloudflare or Akamai.
  • Optimize system reliability and security using PrismaCloud/Twistlock, Rancher/EKS, and encrypted email solutions.
  • Maintain infrastructure with Docker, Ruby, and configuration management tools.
  • Improve monitoring and logging with New Relic, Splunk, and Tenable.
  • Troubleshoot degraded services and system-level issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document systems and processes.
  • Support the operations, maintenance, and optimization of multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and an active Public Trust clearance or higher.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, AWS services, and containerization.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Tenable, PrismaCloud/Twistlock, Akamai/Cloudflare, Rancher/EKS, encrypted email, Jumpbox, Docker, and Ruby.
  • Experience with network security, monitoring tools, and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and troubleshoot system-level issues.
  • Strong documentation, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and client-facing abilities.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance for federal contract work.
