Description

  • Draft, localize, and distribute press releases for Italian media outlets in tech, retail, and business.
  • Develop and execute communication campaigns around strategic agreements and new integrations in Italy.
  • Manage PR and marketing relationships with Italian commercial partners for joint activities such as webinars, workshops, and case studies.
  • Strategically manage LinkedIn Italy and other relevant social channels for the Italian market.
  • Monitor and manage Base.com's brand reputation and user reviews across partner platforms and review sites.
  • Define and run the Italian editorial content plan, including blog posts, localized whitepapers, and success stories.
  • Adapt global brand messaging, tone of voice, and marketing materials for the Italian market.
  • Manage Italian email marketing campaigns and HubSpot lead nurturing flows.
  • Coordinate Base.com Italy’s participation in trade shows, conferences, and workshops, both offline and online.
  • Oversee external agencies, freelancers, and consultants supporting SEO/GEO, social media, design, copywriting, and video production.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, digital communication, or PR roles.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech is highly preferred.
  • Strong proactive, hands-on, and resourceful mindset.
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine desire to learn, grow, and build the role from the ground up.
  • True ownership of Italian marketing operations is expected.
  • Experience coordinating external partners, freelancers, or agencies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot is required for email marketing and lead management.
