Description

  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking and attribution across ad platforms, CRM, and payment systems.
  • Own UTM conventions and debug end-to-end data discrepancies between campaigns, the CRM, and payments.
  • Build and maintain funnel and campaign reporting dashboards and investigate anomalies.
  • Create and edit landing pages, VSL pages, opt-in pages, and booking flows in page builders.
  • Implement forms, redirects, and A/B tests with accurate tracking.
  • Design and build n8n automations connecting forms, Close CRM, Slack, Google Sheets, and the email platform.
  • Set up email sequences and triggers in the ESP and manage list hygiene, exit conditions, and deliverability basics.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate technical execution and incorporate AI-powered steps into workflows where useful.
  • Document assumptions, test edge cases, and QA work before launch.
  • Potentially manage marketing VAs and own marketing technology as the function grows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, technical marketing, or automation work, or an equivalent portfolio.
  • Hands-on depth in a workflow automation tool, with n8n strongly preferred.
  • Complex Make or Zapier builds are acceptable only if they include branching, error handling, and API calls.
  • Personal experience implementing and debugging conversion tracking such as Meta Pixel + Conversions API or GTM/GA4.
  • Ability to describe a specific tracking discrepancy you diagnosed and resolved.
  • Experience building multi-step email sequences in a major ESP, including triggers and exit conditions.
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Basic scripting knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, or Python is a strong plus.
  • Daily use of AI tools; experience with agentic workflows or AI coding tools is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with Close CRM, Whop/Stripe, GTM server-side tagging, info-product or coaching funnels, direct management of VAs, or ad platforms from a technical setup perspective is preferred.
