Description

  • Manage infrastructure access rights and control who can access servers and why.
  • Implement stable cloud service designs on AWS that can support rapid business growth.
  • Maintain Unix/Linux servers through configuration, updates, and automation with a deep understanding of the operating system.
  • Respond to incidents by analyzing logs and tracing root causes rather than only restarting services.
  • Support development teams to keep systems running smoothly and continuously.
  • Tune and optimize Nginx and work with PHP-FPM in the production environment.
  • Operate and troubleshoot infrastructure components across AWS, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Datadog, ELK, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Perform security-, performance-, and long-term impact-aware problem analysis.
  • Contribute to infrastructure reliability and operational stability for high-traffic services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a DevOps or SysAdmin, including hands-on AWS practice.
  • Very strong AWS knowledge supported by classic system administration experience.
  • Strong Linux proficiency with terminal-based daily work.
  • Experience managing or maintaining Unix/Linux servers, ideally including physical servers or data center environments.
  • English at minimum B2 level for global collaboration.
  • Practical knowledge of Terraform (preferred).
  • AWS certifications (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Apache Kafka or Cloudflare (preferred).
  • Ability to approach incidents with root cause analysis and a broad operational perspective.
  • Responsible, trustworthy approach to infrastructure access and operational ownership.
