Description

  • Lead and develop a team of three recruiters across the US and the Philippines, setting performance standards, coaching, and accountability.
  • Partner with the CHRO and senior leadership on talent strategy, workforce planning, and market intelligence.
  • Drive Director-level and executive recruiting through internal recruiters and external search partners.
  • Build a more scalable recruiting infrastructure using AI, automation, ATS optimization, sourcing strategy, and pipeline analytics.
  • Translate headcount plans into recruiting execution in partnership with HR business partners.
  • Improve hiring effectiveness by owning quality of hire, funnel performance, hiring outcomes, and continuous improvement metrics.
  • Manage agency partnerships with clear expectations, timeline accountability, and cost discipline.
  • Support hiring for technical roles across Engineering, Cloud, and AI/ML, including AI-adjacent and AI-native roles.
  • Influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders across a distributed, global organization.
  • Maintain a people-first candidate and hiring manager experience while operating in a highly operational recruiting role.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, including leadership of high-performing teams.
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing and developing recruiters in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
  • Background recruiting for technical roles such as Engineering, Cloud, and AI/ML.
  • Experience hiring across the US, LATAM, and APAC, ideally including EOR and offshore environments.
  • Deep understanding of AI-first recruiting technologies and how to integrate them into the recruiting stack.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling recruiting functions and improving hiring outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve quality of hire, not just time to fill.
  • Strong experience using data and funnel metrics to drive recruiting decisions and performance.
  • Experience leading Director+ and executive searches directly and through search firms.
  • Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders on hiring strategy, leveling, and talent decisions.
  • Experience building structured, scalable recruiting processes, including ATS optimization, interviewer training, and intake rigor.
  • Comfort operating hands-on with a focused requisition load in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Bonus: experience in SaaS, infrastructure, or usage-based business models.
  • Bonus: experience building prospective recruiting analytics and reporting frameworks.
