Description

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing client pain points.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales by directly securing client commitments.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and activity updates.
  • Build relationships with US business owners to expand market presence.
  • Use CRM tools to track and report sales activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products based on client feedback.
  • Refine sales techniques and strategies to improve performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle sales experience in a closing role.
  • Strong telephone sales experience with a record of exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience selling to US business owners and understanding their needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Ability to consistently work US business hours.
  • Experience with AI or technology sales preferred.
  • Experience in fast-paced sales environments, analytical skills, or industry networking capabilities preferred.
