Description

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer across Axon's ecosystem.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and the strategic delivery partner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive, operational, IT, administrator, and frontline stakeholders.
  • Support deployment planning, implementation, configuration, integration, go-live readiness, and expansion projects.
  • Own technical escalations and coordinate resolution with Support and Engineering.
  • Conduct technical health reviews, platform optimization sessions, architecture discussions, and readiness assessments.
  • Support customer adoption through enablement, administrator guidance, workflow optimization, and best practice recommendations.
  • Prepare stakeholders for new hardware, firmware, software, and platform releases.
  • Monitor customer risks and engage internal teams to mitigate technical, operational, and organizational issues.
  • Create and maintain customer documentation such as solution diagrams, runbooks, recommendations, and knowledge transfer materials.

Requirements

  • Dutch fluency and professional-level spoken and written English.
  • Dutch citizenship, required for security clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Systems Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Proven experience managing long-term enterprise customer relationships in large, complex organizations.
  • Experience in government, public safety, law enforcement, defense, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical teams, operational leadership, executives, and third-party partners.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud applications, APIs, identity management, authentication, and enterprise software administration.
  • Working knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory / Entra ID, and enterprise endpoint management concepts.
  • Experience with integrations, system interoperability, and technical troubleshooting across software, networking, configuration, and infrastructure domains.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to produce architecture diagrams, technical recommendations, and operational procedures.
  • A proactive, continuous-improvement mindset focused on customer outcomes and long-term partnership.
  • Previous policing or Koninklijke Marechaussee (KMar) experience is preferred.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
