Description

  • Engage with clients pre-sale to support trial and evaluation programs and collaborate on RFP/RFI responses.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams post-sale to develop project documentation, deployment plans, and statements of work.
  • Travel to customer sites and coordinate deployment tasks with clients and external vendors.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and test Axon hardware and software solutions on-site and remotely.
  • Provide technical training, consultation, and demonstrations to ensure effective knowledge transfer to customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers during deployment and hyper-care.
  • Validate product updates and new releases to support a successful customer experience.
  • Ensure implementations comply with local laws, regulations, and data privacy requirements such as GDPR.
  • Advocate for customer needs by submitting bugs and feature requests to product teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, support, success, and operations teams to keep projects on track.
  • Contribute to improving Professional Services processes and deployment experiences across the EMEA region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, or relevant professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Consultancy, Professional Services, Field Services, or Sales Engineering.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English; other European languages are a plus.
  • Advanced understanding of IT/networking concepts, including Microsoft Server and Client operating systems, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure/Entra ID, APIs, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SSH, and firewalls.
  • Experience in a SaaS and hardware/software company.
  • Experience in one or more relevant specializations such as MDM, MAM, mobile applications and communications, digital video, body-worn cameras, conductive energy weapons, in-vehicle video, vehicle electronics, drones, interview room software, digital evidence management systems, or forensic analysis tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Familiarity with remote and on-site hardware and software installation and configuration.
  • Experience consulting to meet customer needs and delivering software/hardware demonstrations and training to large groups.
  • Experience managing a varied portfolio of implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoom, Teams, and JIRA.
  • Preferred certifications include Cisco Network, Microsoft Azure, and Cradlepoint CPCNA/CPCNP or related certifications.
  • Willingness to obtain Drone Pilot Certifications and/or Vehicle Electronics Certifications.
  • Experience supporting law enforcement or public sector clients.
  • Availability for 60%+ travel, including international travel.
  • Ability to work autonomously, adapt to continual product or process changes, and communicate effectively cross-functionally.
  • Some roles may require legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment.
