Description

  • Own technical sales wins by architecting solutions that align Axon’s ecosystem with customer business and technical requirements.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders throughout the enterprise sales cycle, from discovery to deal closure.
  • Lead solution design for complex enterprise opportunities and help position Axon for purchasing decisions.
  • Identify new use cases by uncovering emerging customer needs and desired outcomes.
  • Deliver customer feedback and data-driven insights to influence product roadmap priorities and market fit.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
  • Document and share best practices and domain expertise to improve team performance.
  • Challenge assumptions constructively with customers and internal teams to strengthen outcomes.
  • Support the development of scalable, outcome-driven solutions for difficult and ambiguous customer problems.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a strategic, customer-facing technical leader in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in enterprise sales or solutioning contexts.
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into scalable, outcome-driven solutions.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate compelling technical and business narratives clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience with cloud environments and architectures, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience integrating AI to deliver value.
  • Experience with SaaS-based solutions.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Familiarity with CCTV and video management systems and access control technologies such as Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, or Ocularis is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
