Description

  • Engage with clients before and after sale to support trials, evaluations, deployment planning, and implementation activities.
  • Collaborate internally on RFP and RFI responses.
  • Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and external vendors to create project documentation, deployment plans, and statements of work.
  • Travel to customer sites and advise on deployment tasks and delivery execution.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and test Axon hardware and software solutions on-site or remotely.
  • Provide technical training, demonstrations, consultation, and knowledge transfer to customers.
  • Act as the main customer point of contact during deployment and hyper-care periods.
  • Validate product updates and new releases to support a successful customer experience.
  • Ensure implementations comply with local laws and regulations, including GDPR and other privacy requirements.
  • Advocate for customer needs by submitting bugs and feature requests to product teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, support, customer success, and commercial operations.
  • Develop and improve Professional Services consultation and implementation processes in EMEA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT consultancy, Professional Services, Field Services, or Sales Engineering.
  • German fluency and strong English proficiency; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT and networking concepts, including Microsoft Server and Client OS, SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, APIs, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SSH, and firewalls.
  • Experience in a SaaS and hardware/software company.
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more relevant domains such as Mobile Device Management, Digital Video, Body Worn Cameras, Vehicle Electronics, Drones, or Digital Evidence Management Systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience with remote and on-site hardware/software installation and configuration.
  • Experience consulting to meet customer needs and delivering demonstrations or training to large groups.
  • Experience managing multiple implementation projects at the same time.
  • Ability to manage internal and external customer relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoom, Teams, and JIRA.
  • Preferred certifications include Cisco Network, Microsoft Azure, and Cradlepoint CPCNA/CPCNP or related certifications.
  • Willingness to obtain Drone Pilot Certifications and/or Vehicle Electronics Certifications.
  • Experience supporting law enforcement or public sector clients.
  • Ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing products and processes, multitask, and communicate cross-functionally.
