Description

  • Lead cross-functional onboarding engagements for commercial and enterprise customers from post-sale through full adoption.
  • Manage timelines, technical dependencies, and strategic milestones for implementation projects.
  • Establish project plans, governance frameworks, and regular communication cadences with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary advisor and project lead during the customer implementation lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to remove blockers and align requirements.
  • Identify deployment risks and bottlenecks early and drive mitigation strategies to keep implementations on track.
  • Deliver a high-touch onboarding experience that accelerates time-to-value and supports customer health.
  • Travel as needed to meet enterprise stakeholders on-site and facilitate alignment workshops.
  • Refine and scale onboarding playbooks, tools, and methodologies based on feedback and operational insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise onboarding, implementation, project management, or technical account management in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and build trust with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong project management discipline with experience managing multiple complex enterprise projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT, identity management, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure environments.
  • Passion for solving customer challenges and driving customer success.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% (or as required).
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in India.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing ability.
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Directory Services, or Device Management solutions (preferred).
  • Experience in enterprise customer-facing management consulting or professional services (preferred).
