Description

  • Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into compliant, buildable solutions tied to mission outcomes.
  • Design, build, and ship new capabilities using Axon’s platform, including AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
  • Configure, integrate, and extend Axon products such as DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, and Records within the agency environment.
  • Drive adoption of deployed tools with end users and iterate until solutions are working in production.
  • Apply CJIS, evidence integrity, and privacy guardrails to every build and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot onsite issues and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
  • Assess workflows, identify friction points, and define what to build before implementation.
  • Lead trusted relationships with agency leadership and operational stakeholders, including QBRs, mission reviews, and strategic planning.
  • Define success metrics, capture baselines, and measure adoption and mission outcomes after deployment.
  • Share field intelligence with Product and Engineering and identify expansion opportunities with Sales.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments, with varied experience welcome.
  • Experience shipping working automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
  • Ability to configure products, write integration logic, and deliver production-ready solutions.
  • Comfort working across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled technologies, and integrated systems.
  • Strong communication skills with technical teams and senior stakeholders, including command staff in mission-critical environments.
  • Ability to operate with full ownership in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and manage competing priorities across multiple functions.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and adhere to security standards.
  • Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
  • Experience in public safety, law enforcement, corrections, or other mission-critical operational environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with Records, Evidence, digital workflows, AI-enabled platforms, or integrated public safety ecosystems preferred.
  • Background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or operational transformation at scale preferred.
  • Some roles may require legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment.
