Description

  • Manage client relationships with product owners and business stakeholders.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for tech development questions and domain-specific issues.
  • Own escalation and resolution for customer issues within assigned product or technology domains.
  • Triaging incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally.
  • Summarize client needs, considerations, and timelines to support platform development.
  • Work with engineering, product managers, and developers to request and coordinate development work.
  • Support clients in adapting to Kraken’s development style and ways of working.
  • Guide clients toward simpler, more efficient solutions that leverage Kraken’s platform capabilities.
  • Support engineering teams in delivering product features.
  • Travel as needed across European projects.

Requirements

  • Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
  • Agile delivery experience.
  • Experience in product management and customer journeys.
  • Solid understanding of technology and technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking.
  • Experience working on complex delivery pipelines for clients.
  • Patience, initiative, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong time management and a get-stuff-done attitude.
  • Fluent English and Dutch are required.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in billing is nice to have.
  • Experience in the electricity/utilities market in the Netherlands or another European country is a strong nice to have.
