Description

  • Sell Axon products and services to law enforcement agencies in the assigned territory.
  • Manage and grow revenue and market share across designated accounts.
  • Develop, execute, and adjust account strategies with the account team.
  • Build, maintain, and expand senior-level client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Track customer activity in internal systems and use it to identify opportunities and support account planning.
  • Coordinate with specialists and internal experts to support customer needs and solution delivery.
  • Oversee all account activities for the assigned book of business and own the customer relationship.
  • Forecast account performance, communicate account updates to management, and provide competitor intelligence and marketing feedback.
  • Provide customer product demonstrations and product training as needed.
  • Manage the individual expense budget for the territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful customer-facing Software (SaaS / Cloud) sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a book of business for major accounts.
  • Experience in solution or consultative sales within complex sales processes.
  • Data management experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to travel 70%+ of the time, including 3-4 days per week on the road and overnight travel.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Startup experience and some vertical industry experience.
  • Law enforcement or public safety experience.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate regularly across functions.
  • Willingness to own and drive a territory.
  • Some roles may require legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment.
