Description

  • Sell Axon products and services to law enforcement agencies as a quota-carrying field representative.
  • Manage and grow revenue and market share across designated accounts to support customer satisfaction and strategic objectives.
  • Develop, execute, and adjust account strategies in collaboration with the account team.
  • Build, maintain, and expand senior-level client relationships across customer agencies.
  • Navigate customer organizations and procurement processes to advance deals and account plans.
  • Track customer activity in internal systems and use insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee account activities for the assigned book of business and own overall customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast business activity and keep leadership informed on account status and market developments.
  • Gather intelligence on competitor activity and provide feedback to marketing.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical and administrative product information, and product training as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful customer-facing SaaS or cloud sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a book of business for major accounts.
  • Experience with solution or consultative sales in complex sales processes.
  • Data management experience using Salesforce, preferred, or a similar CRM.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS products and services.
  • Ability to travel 70%+ of the time, including overnight travel.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Startup experience and some vertical industry experience, preferred.
  • Law enforcement or public safety experience, preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and own the territory.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
