Description

  • Own the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify prospects based on defined criteria to ensure strong product fit.
  • Maintain an organized, accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate value to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging, develop campaigns, and improve funnel conversion.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices to sharpen the sales approach.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales or full-cycle closing roles, ideally within SaaS or technology.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to exceeding goals.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Clear, engaging verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly.
  • Comfort handling objections, navigating complex conversations, and improving based on feedback.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with sales automation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work fully remote within the United States.
  • Up to 50% travel for customer meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
  • Candidates based in the Southeast region of the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
