Description

Develop and execute account strategies for small and mid-sized public safety agencies.
Drive complex sales cycles for high-value, multi-year agreements.
Lead discovery meetings, deliver value presentations, and negotiate with customers.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with executive and operational leaders.
Partner with internal teams to support the rollout of Axon’s public safety technologies and software platforms.
Collaborate with customer success, engineering, program management, product, and sales engineering teams to deliver projects on time.
Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and forecast records in Salesforce.
Gather customer feedback and share actionable insights to inform product development.
Maximize revenue, customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion within assigned accounts.
Lead proposal and contract negotiations for new and expanded business.

Requirements

Location: remote anywhere in Canada, preferably Ontario.
Approximately 50% travel required across Eastern Canada.
Experience exceeding sales targets in a complex, consultative sales environment.
Experience in public safety, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.
Understanding of municipal procurement processes and public safety technology.
Ability to navigate complex sales deals and long sales cycles.
Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS, and preferably digital evidence management systems.
Experience working with public safety IT leaders on cloud and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience working with law enforcement or public safety agencies is strongly preferred.
Cross-functional leadership experience and multi-stakeholder project management experience are a plus.
Base pay range: $75,000 to $120,000 CAD.
