Description

  • Manage the company’s contact lens business, including key accounts, sales, budgeting, and support for sales and customer service colleagues.
  • Execute sales plans to achieve revenue, sales volume, and profitability objectives over the short and long term.
  • Develop the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland territory to expand market presence across multiple channels.
  • Grow existing client relationships while generating new business to meet sales targets.
  • Develop sales through distributors, buying groups, optical retail chains, pharmacy retail chains, online retailers, and independent stores.
  • Gather market, competitor, and customer feedback to inform company responses and planning.
  • Maintain strong product and service knowledge to handle customer inquiries accurately and appropriately.
  • Analyze sales performance and project achievable budgets to maximize business and profit.
  • Participate in trade fairs, congresses, conferences, and seminars to raise product visibility and support marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in contact lens sales in the DACH territories.
  • Strong track record in major account development.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills.
  • Proactive approach to seeking projects and opportunities.
  • Strong business judgment and commercial awareness.
  • High drive and energy.
  • Strong ability to identify business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written.
