Description

  • Source and engage candidates globally using LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Conduct initial screening conversations with candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles and identify strong talent for different roles.
  • Support interview coordination across time zones and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Gain exposure to market mapping and recruitment strategy.
  • Help improve candidate experience through clear communication and follow-ups.
  • Support employer branding and talent acquisition projects.

Requirements

  • Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, people, and global business.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • High motivation, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Interest in LinkedIn sourcing or talent research is a plus, but not required.
