Description

  • Manage performance accounts with full autonomy and take ownership of client growth outcomes.
  • Lead client update calls and own weekly reporting.
  • Create customized strategic frameworks and growth roadmaps for clients.
  • Guide clients from their current performance state toward their strategic targets.
  • Coordinate directly with tracking and creative teams to support account performance.
  • Mentor and lead performance managers while supporting team development.
  • Manage capacity planning within the pod.
  • Work as a key interface with the sales team by conducting audits and evaluating prospective clients.
  • Use controlling and financial analysis to inform optimization strategies.
  • Improve, streamline, and redefine internal processes and introduce new initiatives to optimize workflows.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing beyond campaign management.
  • Excellent client communication skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in controlling and financial evaluation.
  • Full autonomy in managing performance accounts.
  • Strong self-management and task prioritization skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to propose ideas that improve account performance.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Role is open to all seniority levels.
  • Experience managing at least 50 client accounts.
  • Track record of driving 30–50% average annual client growth.
  • Experience managing at least 5 accounts with €100k+ ad spend.
  • Experience managing at least 2 accounts with €500k+ ad spend.
  • Experience overseeing 5 accounts in the paid social (push) area.
  • Deep understanding of each client’s business, including controlling and strategic objectives.
  • Ability to integrate financial performance into optimization strategies, focusing on net profit rather than only Google Ads KPIs.
