Description

  • Identify, target, and build relationships with key national accounts in the transportation and logistics industry.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for national accounts, including market research and customized sales pitches.
  • Build and maintain an upselling pipeline by following up on leads and creating opportunities with existing customers.
  • Gain strong product knowledge and communicate the value of the SaaS platform to current and prospective clients.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to national account stakeholders.
  • Develop client relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive account expansion.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to win new business and expand existing partnerships.
  • Support new business generation through outbound sales, discovery calls, networking events, and personal network outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems and other reporting tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on national accounts preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the transportation and logistics industry is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated interest in new sales, prospecting, and building pipeline from scratch.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
  • AI-forward mindset with willingness to actively use AI tools for research, outreach, preparation, and pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to deliver presentations to live audiences, both in person and online.
  • Ability to travel as needed, including travel up to 30% of the time and sometimes at short notice.
  • Fluent German, both spoken and written, is essential.
