Description

  • Administer and maintain the OneStream platform, including user access, security roles, and system configurations.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes by ensuring data accuracy, consolidation integrity, and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with the implementation partner to lead and support the build-out of the OneStream platform.
  • Manage data integrations and data loads between OneStream and source systems such as NetSuite, Power BI Cube or dynamic CRM, MyHR, Greenhouse, and Concur.
  • Attend scheduled OneStream training sessions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve application and data-related problems.
  • Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, reports, and cube views for operational and financial reporting.
  • Partner with Finance, Human Resources, and Analytics teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including testing and validation.
  • Maintain documentation including configurations, process flows, and user guides.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience administering OneStream or similar EPM/CPM platforms such as Hyperion or SAP.
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, people cost analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining cube views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.
  • Experience with data integrations and ETL processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consultative, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
