Description

  • Own the development and maintenance of dashboards tracking revenue, GOV, criteria sales, retention, expansion, and product-level contribution.
  • Build standardized weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM and revenue scorecards for leadership.
  • Define and maintain the company’s core GTM metrics framework and KPI definitions across Sales, Account Management, Product, and Finance.
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across pipeline, retention, product adoption, and client behavior.
  • Surface early warning indicators related to churn, underperformance, and GTM execution gaps.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to analyze pipeline health, deal velocity, conversion rates, and expansion opportunities.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning with data-backed analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Work closely with Finance to align forecasts, actuals, and assumptions across product lines.
  • Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and product penetration in partnership with Product teams.
  • Support Customer Success and Account Management with health scoring, retention insights, and engagement trends.
  • Improve reporting automation and reduce manual data dependencies across teams.
  • Write and use SQL queries to access, analyze, and validate data across core GTM systems and reporting pipelines.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategy, or a related function.
  • Strong experience building dashboards and reporting for Sales, Revenue, Finance, or Product organizations.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and ability to independently query and analyze data across CRM, product, and BI systems.
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Pendo, Vitally, HubSpot, or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Vitally, and related tooling preferred.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment with evolving priorities.
  • Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or technology-driven businesses preferred.
