Description

  • Prospect for new business opportunities through cold-calling and outreach in English- and French-speaking markets.
  • Connect with decision-makers, understand their needs, and position AutoLeap’s solution effectively.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from initial outreach through booking and running demos to closing opportunities.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound, partner, and enterprise leads from French-speaking prospects.
  • Support sales efforts in targeted French-speaking markets in Canada.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively to meet evolving business needs beyond core day-to-day responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to communicate confidently with prospects in both languages.
  • At least 2 years of outbound and full-cycle sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with sales software and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and uncover opportunities.
  • A disciplined, process-oriented approach focused on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • A competitive mindset with a drive to win and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access.
  • Comfort using phone, CRM, and video conferencing tools.
