Description

  • Design and execute an enterprise sales strategy for large accounts in the automotive industry.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales goals with broader company objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Present and tailor the value of AutoLeap’s solutions to enterprise customer needs and pain points.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, product development, and post-sales support.
  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations and close large, complex deals.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance, progress toward goals, and challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing and closing large enterprise accounts and exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Experience with consultative and solution-based selling methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to occasionally support tasks outside the core day-to-day scope as business needs evolve.
