Description

  • Create and execute project workplans for one or more Salesforce projects.
  • Identify staffing needs and assign individual responsibilities across project teams.
  • Apply project methodology and enforce standards throughout delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Monitor project financial performance and achieve financial objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through active engagement.
  • Support the full project lifecycle from analysis and discovery through training and go-live.
  • Identify and pursue additional business opportunities as part of client work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing the implementation of business systems software products in a project management capacity.
  • Experience with nonprofit or higher education clients is ideal.
  • Experience with CRM systems is required; Salesforce.com is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing client relationships, communications, project scope, budgets, and schedules.
  • Ability to lead staff through the full SDLC, including requirements analysis, conceptual design, detailed design, development, configuration, QA, and training.
  • Understanding of data modeling, data mapping, and/or data conversion.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting business development activities, including client sales meetings and project proposals.
  • Degree in Information Technology or a business degree with IT experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and industry solutions such as NPSP, EDA, Admissions Connect, and Advisor Link is preferred.
  • PMP or CSM certification is preferred.
