Description

  • Lead small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline project delivery from programming through closeout.
  • Develop coordinated discipline designs, including layouts, calculations, specifications, and supporting documentation.
  • Clarify requirements, confirm scope and sequencing, and partner with Project Leads on coordination strategy.
  • Review and coordinate work to identify risks, resolve discipline conflicts, and maintain alignment with schedule and budget.
  • Document decisions, assumptions, and client-specific nuances across project tools and GitHub.
  • Contribute improvements to standards, workflows, templates, and tools through feedback and Pull Requests.
  • Mentor Designers, Associates, and engineers through guidance, markups, reviews, and structured feedback.
  • Participate in design reviews, debriefs, and cross-discipline meetings to strengthen team capability and decision-making.
  • Support pursuits by contributing scope input, fee assumptions, technical narratives, and interview participation.
  • Support site walks, surveys, programming sessions, and construction-phase coordination as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
  • Demonstrated discipline-specific experience in Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, or Low Voltage.
  • Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects is preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate, well-coordinated designs and make sound discipline-level decisions.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, client expectations, documentation standards, and cross-discipline coordination requirements.
  • Experience contributing to documentation updates, standards refinement, or QA/QC workflows through GitHub Pull Requests or similar platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
  • Industry certifications preferred, including RCDD, CDT, CCNA, EIT, or PE.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
