Description

  • Manage the execution and timely delivery of engagements from start to finish.
  • Oversee the full project management life cycle, including resources, budgets, and schedules.
  • Maintain a consolidated view of deliverables, milestones, roadmaps, iterations, and sprint schedules.
  • Communicate progress, expectations, conflicts, and obstacles to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Define and use escalation paths to address blockers in a timely manner.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings, including business relationship meetings and technical team meetings.
  • Apply traditional project management and Agile practices such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Track and report weekly budget and project status updates.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently across different levels of maturity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a full-lifecycle project manager using modern Agile project management methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience leading Scrum events and backlog refinement sessions.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing project budgets, risks, and issues.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing projects within consulting, professional services, or managed services.
  • Experience leading cloud transformation projects using Azure or AWS, such as datacenter migration, Azure DevOps, or app modernization.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, and GitHub.
  • Strong verbal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proven project leadership skills with the ability to organize teams with little to no supervision.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and change using established project management practices.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
