Description

  • Manage medical communications projects from inception through completion, including content development, advisory boards, and speaker training.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, faculty members, and external suppliers.
  • Facilitate multidisciplinary teams to deliver programs on time, within budget, and aligned with strategy.
  • Develop, monitor, maintain, and reconcile project budgets.
  • Schedule and conduct project meetings, maintain timelines, and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee faculty recruitment, audience generation, content development, logistics, registration, materials production, supplier performance, and central file management.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of client organizations, products, disease states, and medical education.
  • Contribute to new business development and train new account team members as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment required.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and motivating team members.
  • Strong financial management, budgeting, and reconciliation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to grasp and retain scientific information, with strong technical aptitude.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
  • Remote work eligibility excludes Colorado, New York City, and San Francisco County, California.
