Description

  • Serve as the primary client contact for software implementations and enhancement projects.
  • Develop project plans and manage scope, budgets, schedules, and go-lives.
  • Monitor progress, communicate status, and manage client expectations.
  • Identify, document, and mitigate project, client, and resource risks.
  • Resolve project issues, conflicts, and decisions through successful closure.
  • Own project financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and revenue recognition accuracy.
  • Coordinate team resources and match skills to client and project needs.
  • Partner with Client Success and Sales on account growth, retention, proposals, and new services scoping.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering on required integrations and enhancements.
  • Deliver software applications, training, and documentation to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years of technology project management experience.
  • 3+ years of client-facing project management experience.
  • Active Public Trust Security Clearance or ability to pass a PTSC background check.
  • Experience serving clients in emergency management, government, healthcare, education, defense, aviation, or transportation.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred; successful hires must obtain a PMP within 12 months.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with project financial management, executive reporting, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
  • Ability to manage stress, competing priorities, and changing deadlines; Situational Leadership experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 25% and experience with Agile methodologies preferred; NetSuite familiarity is a plus.
  • Must meet U.S. Person or applicable EAR eligibility requirements and may need to complete an SF-85 background check.
