Description

  • Design, build, monitor, and maintain integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, product backend systems, billing platforms, and AWS Redshift.
  • Build reliable integrations using API-based, event-driven, batch, file-based, and queue-based patterns.
  • Own the operational reliability of business-critical integrations, including uptime, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and recovery.
  • Design resilient integrations using retries, idempotency, reconciliation, and fault-tolerant patterns.
  • Define reusable integration patterns, naming conventions, and error-handling standards.
  • Rebuild brittle point-to-point connections into scalable, documented integration patterns.
  • Define and manage data contracts, field mappings, transformations, and integration documentation.
  • Partner with Business Systems, Engineering, and external consultants on connected systems and handoffs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building and running production integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with an iPaaS or middleware platform such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, or similar.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, batch processing, file-based integrations, and messaging/queue systems.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce and NetSuite with enterprise platforms.
  • Experience working with AWS Redshift or enterprise data warehouses.
  • Solid experience with JSON, XML, SQL, data mapping, and data transformation.
  • Experience owning business-critical integrations in production.
  • Experience building secure integrations with HIPAA, PHI, access controls, audit trails, encryption, secrets management, and least-privilege access.
  • Experience in SaaS, high-growth, healthcare, or behavioral health environments (nice to have).
  • Experience building an integration practice from a brittle point-to-point environment (nice to have).
