Description

  • Understand client data requirements and create migration plans.
  • Write scripts to transform and validate imported data, including contacts, financial data, and matters/cases.
  • Work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues and resolve migration problems.
  • Provide customer service throughout the data migration process.
  • Manage the inbound migration queue and set expectations with stakeholders.
  • Improve the overall migration process and help develop better tools.
  • Monitor, document, and report progress on migration plans at the project level.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of programming or scripting experience, specifically with Python.
  • 1+ year of experience with data transformation, data pipelines, or data analytics.
  • Proficiency with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or similar.
  • 2+ years of experience using Excel, including functions and formulas.
  • Experience with Jira and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Curiosity, self-motivation, and interest in learning new technologies.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technically detailed processes to both technical and non-technical customers.
