Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain Magento 2 storefronts, custom modules, and platform customizations.
  • Build and extend REST and GraphQL APIs for headless architectures and third-party integrations.
  • Perform Magento upgrades, patch management, and performance optimization.
  • Develop backend services and microservices supporting e-commerce workflows.
  • Build responsive front-end interfaces using modern web technologies.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, manage database migrations, and maintain data integrity.
  • Develop Python scripts and automation workflows for data processing and operational tasks.
  • Configure and maintain cron jobs, shell scripts, and deployment automation.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure testing coverage and CI/CD integration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Magento 2 development experience, including custom module development.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP 7.4+/8.x and Magento framework architecture.
  • Solid experience with MySQL, including complex SQL queries and database optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data processing.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing Linux cron jobs.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Front-end experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React, Vue.js, or a similar framework.
  • Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
  • Proficiency working in Linux command-line environments.
  • Magento 2 Certified Developer certification (nice to have).
  • Headless Magento experience (nice to have).
  • Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, Varnish, AWS, Elasticsearch, Docker, Composer, or CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines (nice to have).
