Description

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance workforce dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports covering headcount, hiring, turnover, retention, diversity, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Perform advanced workforce analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Operations, and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver timely insights.
  • Support workforce planning through headcount forecasting, position management reporting, organizational structure analysis, and workforce trend evaluation.
  • Analyze employee lifecycle data across recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance, promotions, transfers, and turnover to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
  • Build executive-level workforce reports and presentations that communicate insights, trends, and recommendations.
  • Develop and monitor workforce KPIs aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Support predictive workforce analytics and trend modeling to help leaders anticipate talent and workforce challenges.
  • Ensure workforce data accuracy through audits, validation processes, and data quality reviews across HR systems and reporting platforms.
  • Maintain documentation, metric definitions, governance standards, and reporting methodologies; support regulatory, compliance, and audit reporting as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce analytics, people analytics, HR reporting, business intelligence, workforce planning, or a related analytical function.
  • Experience working within Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, or a related people-focused environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting workforce reporting and analytics in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, patient support services, technology, or a related industry preferred.
  • Experience working with HRIS, ATS, payroll, and workforce management systems preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and reporting automation.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong understanding of workforce metrics, reporting methodologies, and workforce planning principles.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex workforce data to executive leadership and other diverse audiences.
  • Experience with SQL, data querying tools, or advanced analytics platforms preferred.
