Description

  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries and stored procedures against the Yardi database for reporting, validation, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational, leasing, and financial KPIs.
  • Develop advanced Excel models, pivot tables, and reconciliations to support month-end close, audits, and recurring reporting.
  • Partner with the Database Administrator on data integrity checks, performance tuning, and routine database maintenance.
  • Translate accounting, operations, and leadership requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
  • Investigate and document data discrepancies across Yardi modules, including GL, AP, AR, and lease administration.
  • Propose corrections and improvements to address data issues and strengthen reporting accuracy.
  • Document queries, reports, data sources, and processes to ensure repeatability and auditability.
  • Support user training and respond to internal reporting requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Yardi, SQL, BI, or reporting-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager across GL, AP, AR, and lease administration modules.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in SQL, including joins, subqueries, aggregations, window functions, and stored procedures.
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and Power Query.
  • Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals, including GL structure, debits/credits, accruals, P&L, and balance sheet.
  • Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Authorized to work in the Philippines.
  • Availability to work and overlap standard business hours in GMT.
