Description

  • Support organization-wide impact measurement across communication and programmatic channels.
  • Analyze and synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Manage cross-functional analytics projects from planning through execution, including sequencing work and maintaining timelines.
  • Partner with the Analytics team to execute priorities, support project planning, and uphold quality and consistency standards.
  • Provide guidance on data interpretation, reporting, design, and analytical best practices across the organization.
  • Identify data gaps and support needs assessments to improve data collection, tracking, integration, acquisition, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals and technical standards.
  • Help ensure analytics work supports mission-aligned outcomes and team-level priorities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing analytics workstreams from planning to execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain timelines, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience analyzing large datasets using SQL to query, manipulate, and extract insights.
  • Proficiency writing and optimizing SQL queries for performance.
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms to build dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to understand data needs and support data-informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot analytical challenges and improve data quality, accessibility, and usability.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and tools like dbt is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or BigQuery is preferred.
  • Experience in advocacy, civic engagement, or social impact-focused organizations is preferred.
  • U.S. work authorization is required.
  • Temporary, full-time, exempt role with an expected duration of approximately six months.
