Description

  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design dashboard wireframes to define scope, layout, navigation, interactions, and content hierarchy.
  • Build and maintain SAP Analytics Cloud stories and related BI reporting solutions.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and decision-supporting findings.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across marketing intelligence dashboards and reports.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and manage incident response for owned dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Analyze data in the data warehouse and partner with data engineers to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for core reports, including KPI definitions, data catalogs, and user guides.
  • Explain complex technical concepts and data structures in clear business language.
  • Conduct training to help users understand reports, metrics, and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Tableau required.
  • Experience with Datasphere and Python is a plus.
  • Experience working with multiple large datasets, ideally in customer journey and demand funnel analysis.
  • Relational database experience preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of reporting objects such as lead, contact, opportunity, and account.
  • Familiarity with marketing demand funnel and attribution models.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience training users on reports and metrics.
  • Interest in marketing technology tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, and SAP Business Data Cloud.
  • Remote contract role initially through December 31, 2026, with potential to extend into 2027.

Benefits

  • Remote contract role.
  • Compensation of $58/hr.
  • Preferred locations include Bellevue, WA; Palo Alto, CA; or Alpharetta, GA for occasional team working sessions.
