Description

  • Own post-implementation customer relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships with attorneys, administrators, and legal staff.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to help customers achieve measurable value from the platform.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address concerns before they escalate.
  • Troubleshoot customer questions and technical issues, then coordinate efficient resolution with Engineering.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to advocate for customers and support new feature rollouts.
  • Train customers on new features and best practices through webinars, training sessions, and educational materials.
  • Help customers optimize workflows, increase product adoption, and expand use of integrations, modules, and premium features.
  • Collect and document customer feedback and feature requests to inform product improvements.
  • Maintain accurate account notes and CRM records for team visibility.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and drive retention and expansion outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot platform issues and work effectively with Engineering.
  • Experience conducting customer trainings, webinars, or onboarding sessions.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience in legal tech, immigration, or law firm operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered platforms or workflow automation tools preferred.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gmail/Outlook, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Linear, Loom, Notion, ChatGPT, or Claude.
